Doctor Who special under way
Doctor Who writer Steven Moffat told Newsbeat “we’ve just started working on the Christmas episode”.
There’s a lot of secrecy around what will feature in the special.

He also said they’ve got “four episodes in the can” for the new series and that the Doctor’s new assistant Pearl Mackie is “a breath of fresh air on the Tardis”.
Piers Morgan likes seeing Ant & Dec ‘crushed’
The Good Morning Britain presenter explained: “The only pleasure I get from coming to these things is to see them lose.
“I like to see their sweet little national treasure faces crushed when they hear they haven’t won their 10,000th award.”
Despite not being nominated for the awards this year, he said: “I deserve to win some of their awards, it’s about time.”

“Maybe that’s what we can do as a couple.”
Pete, who doesn’t seem so sure of his skills in the kitchen, replied: “Where do I come into it?”
And the winners are…
